This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or forms, and it does not collect personal data itself. Clicking a WhatsApp, call or social link opens that app or service, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Our services

We build and operate custom messaging, booking and follow-up automations for businesses ("clients") on platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and X. In most cases the client decides why and how personal data is used, and we process it on the client's behalf.

Data handled for clients

• Phone number, name and the messages sent to a client's business account.
• Details provided on lead forms or in chat, such as a goal, preferred time or service of interest.
• Appointment, membership and payment status. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
• Technical data such as message delivery status and the campaign that led to the enquiry.

How it is used

• To reply to enquiries, book and remind about appointments, and send follow-ups the person has agreed to receive.
• To show the client reports on enquiries, bookings and results.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Consent and opting out

Promotional messages are sent only to people who have opted in. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram), X, hosting and database providers, and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as the client needs it for the purposes above. Inactive leads and older message content are deleted or anonymised on a schedule, by default after [180] days for inactive leads and [365] days for message content.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted, access is limited by role, and data in transit is protected with HTTPS.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, as provided under applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact the business you messaged, or contact us on +91 97782 77793 and we will pass it on or act on it.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
