The service

Infinitus Automations ("we"), the trade name of V J Sreyas Sreenivas, designs, builds and operates custom automation for businesses ("you"). Scope, price and term are agreed in writing, including by WhatsApp or chat message, before work starts.

Your responsibilities

• You own your accounts and customer relationships, and must have the right to message the people you add.
• Only message people who have given consent, and honour opt-outs. Follow the Business and Commerce policies of WhatsApp, Meta and X, and applicable law.
• Regulated businesses such as clinics remain responsible for the advertising and confidentiality rules that apply to them. Do not send diagnostic or clinical details through automations.

Third-party costs

Fees charged by platforms such as Meta, X, hosting and payment providers are separate from our fees and are passed through at cost or as agreed in writing.

Pilots

Any pilot runs for the period agreed. Either side may end it at any time. Continuing afterwards requires an agreed plan.

Availability and results

We work to keep systems running but rely on third-party platforms, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Data

See our Privacy Policy. We process personal data on your behalf and only to provide the service.

Ending the service

You may stop at any time. On request we will export your data and delete it from our systems, except where we must keep it by law.
